In our gourmet restaurant in Müllheim, we serve daily from 12 pm to 9 pm – both in the stylish Hebelstube and in our historic garden restaurant under the old plane trees in the courtyard. In the Hebelstube, you can expect modern, creative cuisine featuring regional, seasonal, and, wherever possible, organic ingredients – always with a sophisticated twist on every plate.

Autumn and Winter: In autumn, game takes center stage in the kitchen. Venison, roe deer, and wild boar from the region – prepared according to Baden tradition, refined with modern influences. Enjoy them with mushrooms from the Black Forest and the first new wine from the vineyards around Müllheim.
Winter and Celebrations: The Christmas season brings special menus and culinary events such as our popular gourmet evenings and wine tastings. Early bookings for our goose menu, Christmas dinner, and New Year's Eve celebrations are recommended.
