Are you planning a seminar or company event in Muellheim and the surrounding area and still need a suitable conference room? Various rooms are available to you in our Alte Post. Our bright and friendly event locations with daylight are equipped with modern event technology, so that interactive work is possible at any time. You are welcome to use additional materials such as a fully equipped facilitator’s case or a flipchart including pens. On request, we can also cater for your conference guests. You can use our high-speed internet free of charge during your stay and because we attach great importance to sustainability, a charging station for your electric car is of course available to you.

Each conference room in our Alte Post is individually designed with natural, biologically valuable materials from the region . Our four conference rooms have a natural, high-quality ambience and invite you to work and study in a concentrated, relaxed manner. Before and after each event, as well as during the breaks, you have the opportunity to strengthen yourself and explore the beautiful surroundings and let them have an effect on you.

Regardless of whether you are planning an event with a small group of 10 or more participants or corporate events with up to 80 people : In our Alte Post we have suitable halls for every need.

We would be happy to set up your chosen day room in such a way that it ideally suits the purpose of your event. For lectures, for example, we organize seating in rows so that all participants have a good view of the speaker. For events such as conferences, we can set up a block board on request.

Of course, we are also happy to take care of the physical well-being of your guests. Our kitchen team will prepare small refreshments and light snacks for the participants by arrangement. We can also organize coffee and other drinks for your event and provide them as requested.

Enjoy high-quality local specialties and regional delicacies in our Alte Post: Our kitchen uses controlled organically grown fruit and vegetables as well as meat from regional farms for the preparation of the dishes.
