Are you planning a seminar or conference in or near Müllheim? Are you looking for just the right venue? At the Alte Post we can provide various event spaces. Our bright, welcoming meeting rooms have natural daylight and modern event equipment so that you can work interactively at all times. For a small fee you can hire additional materials for your event, such as a fully equipped facilitator’s kit or a flip chart and markers. We can also provide catering for your conference guests if required. You and your guests will have free access to our high-speed internet connection during your stay. And since sustainability is a top priority for us, we also provide a charging station for electric cars.

Every meeting room at the Alte Post is individually designed and features natural, eco-friendly materials sourced from the local region. Our four meeting rooms all have an atmosphere of relaxed quality that makes them an ideal setting for calm, focussed work and study. Before and after each event and during the breaks you’ll be able to enjoy some refreshments, explore the beautiful surroundings and let the unique ambience work its magic.

A choice of rooms for your event

Whether you’re planning a meeting for a small group of 10 people or a larger-scale event for up to 80, we can provide exactly what you need at the Alte Post. We’re more than happy to arrange our rooms to meet your specific requirements. For speeches and presentations, for example, we place the chairs in rows so that everyone has a good view of the speaker. For conferences we can set up boardroom-style seating with a rectangular table if required. We have experience of hosting a wide range of events and it would be our pleasure to advise you. We’re always happy to provide help and support when you’re planning your meeting.

Delicious dishes inspired by nature

Of course, we also provide meals, snacks and beverages for your guests. Our kitchen staff prepare small refreshments and light meals for the participants, and we also provide coffee and other drinks for your event in accordance with our agreement. At the Alte Post you and your guests will enjoy high-quality local specialities. We use organic fruit and vegetables and meat from local farms in our kitchen.
