Are you planning a seminar or conference in or near Müllheim? Are you looking for just the right venue? At the Alte Post we can provide various event spaces. Our bright, welcoming meeting rooms have natural daylight and modern event equipment so that you can work interactively at all times. For a small fee you can hire additional materials for your event, such as a fully equipped facilitator’s kit or a flip chart and markers. We can also provide catering for your conference guests if required. You and your guests will have free access to our high-speed internet connection during your stay. And since sustainability is a top priority for us, we also provide a charging station for electric cars.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR MEETING
- An overnight stay in a single room can be booked for €88.00 per person. The price includes a generous breakfast buffet and free use of the neighbouring gym and sauna.
- You can check into your room between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. If you’re going to arrive later, please contact our reception.
- The hotel has 50 free parking spaces.
- At conferences for up to 25 participants we serve a two- or three-course menu (with a choice of dishes).
- If there are 25 participants or more we can offer a healthy buffet for an additional charge of €10.00 per person.
- For additional coffee breaks there’s a charge of €7.00 per person.
- For groups of 10 or more who have booked an overnight stay and catering, we provide our meeting rooms with standard conference equipment (1 flip chart, 2 pinboards, facilitation materials, screen) free of charge. For conferences with fewer than 10 participants we charge a room-hire fee of €100.00 per day/room.
- We don’t provide meeting rooms without catering.
- High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building at no extra cost.

Before and after each event and during the breaks you’ll be able to enjoy some refreshments, explore the beautiful surroundings and let the unique ambience work its magic.

Whether you’re planning a meeting for a small group of 10 people or a larger-scale event for up to 80, we can provide exactly what you need at the Alte Post. We’re more than happy to arrange our rooms to meet your specific requirements. For speeches and presentations, for example, we place the chairs in rows so that everyone has a good view of the speaker. For conferences we can set up boardroom-style seating with a rectangular table if required. We have experience of hosting a wide range of events and it would be our pleasure to advise you. We’re always happy to provide help and support when you’re planning your meeting.

Of course, we also provide meals, snacks and beverages for your guests. Our kitchen staff prepare small refreshments and light meals for the participants, and we also provide coffee and other drinks for your event in accordance with our agreement. At the Alte Post you and your guests will enjoy high-quality local specialities. We use organic fruit and vegetables and meat from local farms in our kitchen.
